Soledad O’Brien, a journalist, will lead the discussion, according to reports from Variety.
Quiet on Set aims to explore important discussions started by the docuseries.
It will look into the unanswered questions that remain and share more insights from those who have bravely spoken out before, as well as new voices stepping forward.
This was shared in a statement by Jason Sarlanis, the president of TNT, TBS, TruTV, ID, and HLN, according to The Hollywood Reporter.
Before the new episode airs, Investigation Discovery will rerun Quiet on Set on Sunday.
However, if you want to watch it sooner, you can stream the entire docuseries on Max before the new episode premieres next month.
A press release from ID reveals that the documentary series provides exclusive access to important cast members, writers, and crew from Dan Schneider’s famous Nickelodeon shows.
Featured are stars from All That like Giovonnie Samuels, Bryan Hearne, Kyle Sullivan, Katrina Johnson, and Virgil Fabian. The series also includes 3 writers from The Amanda Show.
Additionally, it showcases cast and crew from other popular shows such as iCarly, and Victorious. Notable Nickelodeon figures like Marc Summers will also be part of the series.
The show focuses on various shows made by Dan Schneider.
He has rejected the allegations made against him in the documentary, such as accusations of sexualizing minors and creating a harmful work environment.
A spokesperson for Schneider stated to Variety, “Everything that occurred on the shows Dan was involved with was closely monitored by many adults and approved by the network.
If there were real issues with scenes that some people are now labeling as ‘sexualizing,’ they would have been removed.
Instead, these shows are still aired globally and enjoyed by children and parents alike.”
Schneider also participated in an interview that was featured in The Hollywood Reporter.
Quiet on Set started as a four-part docuseries that seeks to uncover the “toxic and harmful environment” and alleged mistreatment on the sets of several popular Nickelodeon shows.
Clips from the series have gone viral on TikTok, and the docuseries attracted a record 16 million viewers on ID and Max following its release.
Drake Bell features in the third episode of the documentary. In it, he accuses Brian Peck, a former acting and dialogue coach at Nickelodeon.
Brian Peck was arrested for sexual abuse, in Aug 2003. The victim was one of the young athletes he coached and was reportedly abused at his residence for over six months, according to the LAPD.
Peck was sentenced to 16 months in prison for child molestation and was required to register as a sex offender.
Clips from the documentary, which include Bell’s experiences, have gone viral on TikTok and garnered millions of views.
Drake Bell introduces himself in the docuseries and explains that he is sharing his story publicly for the first time.
Quiet on Set is directed by Mary Robertson and Emma Schwartz, with production by Maxine Productions and Sony Pictures Television.
